50 facts about me ;

I was really about to go with 42 or 44 that E-Shin suggested , but i'm really into the tens . LOL . 

Am i weird . Yes i am .

(I shall not be introducing myself and will try not to repeat what i said just so you get a new perspective of me)

1. I actually have low self-esteem . Unbelievable but true . I don't like what i see in the mirror everyday . As soon as someone says something bad , i'll freak out over it and try my best to correct it . 

2. From 1 you'll kinda know i'm a people-pleaser . LOL NOT THAT I WANT TO , but i can't help it . Idk why . I let society define me and it's just hard to correct it now . 

3. I'm really scared of horror movies , creepy-crawlies and insects , rollercoasters , blood and needles . 

Oh and that fear of holes or something in holes . It freaks the hell out of me . 

4. When i am happy or excited by something (usually food) , i will uncontrollably hop or jump . My sis says it's my "happy dance" . ._.

5. I know it's weird but i love english and chinese . I loved my languages as a student ! I love literature as well but chose not to take it since i like geography  more . 

6. I'm intrigued by human's brain (which explains my love for psychology) . I love knowing why this would cause a certain reaction and why something else wouldn't . 

7. My hair is naturally (really) brown . It's almost dark brown in normal light , but under sunlight i look crazy . I've been caught by teachers for this since p1 . -.-

8. I started wearing specs when i was in p3 or p4 . My first pair of specs were blue and full-framed . LOL . Cool right i know . Sky-blue somemore . 

9. I can't stand the thought of putting contact lenses in my eyes yet , and i don't have any intentions to wear them in near future for now . 

10. I am patient when waiting for people , but i am not patient when teaching others stuff . 

11. I actually don't own a pair of heels now , i used to , but the sole got kinda ruined so it's in the bin . ): and anyway they were a pair of brown velvet wedges . 

12. I know i look like the dressy kinda gal , but i actually only bought less than 10 dresses willingly from when i had memory LOL . I have some hand-me-downs but they still don't add up to much .. :/

13. I got my first mobile phone in p6 , it was a china brand and wasn't all that good but i could download and listen to music so it was good enough for me back then . 

14. I'm surprisingly clumsy and i tend to trip over imaginary stuff that don't really exist . Yeah . I can balance pretty well so i don't fall that often but it happens . 

15. I've walked into a lamp post once while texting and walking on a pavement . And i thought it only happens in cartoons .. ):

16. I don't have any piercings though i would love to try and have one . If i had one it'd most probably be on the edge of my earlobe . With a spiked stud . 

If i had 2 , i'd want those connected earring thing . :p

17. I'm someone who can't get used to changes easily so i take alot of time to finally get used to something . Be it a schedule , or just a routine . I take time to get used to places and people as well . 

18. I have always wanted to learn how to play a piano since young but never got about it because of my parents . But i am serious about taking up guitar after settling down in poly . 

19. I've recently got my own room after sharing rooms with my sister for almost 9 years . She's still scared of the dark so she comes over to sleep occassionally . (She's 16 this year) 

20. I have (obviously) more guy friends than girls . But when i do have girlfriends , i treasure them alot so yeah . Thankful for girls like Jowelyn , Claudia , Qiaoxuan , Rona , Jenny , Yamin , Darla , Jodeen , Danielle , and many more ! (No order or whatsoever)

21. I love polaroids . I love vintage cameras and i find it hard to resist anything like that , worn out pictures , leather bags and what not . Something about them is soooo attractive . 

22. I think i'm the only one who think guys who use corny (not horny) pick-up lines are cute HAHAHAHA . No but that is so cute . Chivalry is absolutely perfect . 

23. I love food , and i eat alot . It doesn't show from my looks but i do have the stomach for alot . 

24. The last time i weighed myself , i am 161cm and 45kg . No secrets because i think it's pointless anyway . 

25. I love kids . Do i even need to say alot about this ? They are god-sent and they deserve all my love . I know they grow up and could be scums , but if people teach them well (not hinting anything) , i believe there is a chance for a better future ! (As a student about to take up child psychology and early childhood education , i hope i can change the future generation little by little as a secondary-caregiver-to-be)

26. I try not to lose faith in anything or anyone . I'm not christian but i think people deserve second chances , third chances , even fourth , until they prove themselves totally unworthy of it , like , giving up on themselves . 

27. I tend to overthink alot . For example , at my grandfather's funeral , i held back alot of my tears because i think it'd make everyone more upset . (Although it probably wouldn't have made a difference) 

28. I love navy or army stuff , so it's a yes to camo-printed stuff , military boots , and what not . They are so freaking cool . 

29. I have the most burning passion for dance . Any kind of dance . But i am super into hip hop or street jazz recently . 

29.5. I used to take up ballroom dance . I had certificates for it , but i quit when i was 12 and i still regret it to this date . 

30. I love being on my social networks though i might not be active on it or know everyone on it . I just love the idea of being connected to others . I'm kinda a social butterfly i guess . Just not the popular ones . 

31. I grew up believing others are better than i am because my mum and dad only bragged to others about how pretty and independent and smart my sister is , but never me . So i believed i was inferior to my sister when i was younger actually . 

But now i'm kinda ok with it i guess .. Idk .

32. I think blogging is my way of destress so i blog alot , and i tend to refrain from too much vulgarities online . 

33. Unless extremely pissed or agitated , i don't usually use vulgarities . 

34. I am pretty strong for a girl my size so i can pack quite a punch or slap when angry . (Idk cos i don't punch myself but all my guy friends hate my punches , kicks or slaps .) and they ban me from taking up violent sports like taekwondo and boxing even though i really want to take it up .

35. I am bad at my math and physics . Technically speaking , i'm bad with anything that needs counting LOL .

36. I feel extremely good being able to take care of others , like my sister . She says i'm very motherly LOL . I always bring plasters around . Yknow . Just incase my friends or family gets hurt . *shrugs*

37. I'm super emotional and i cry really easily . If i have eye contact with someone i'm scared or uncomfortable with , i will cry . It's my natural reaction . >< i am also super easily attached to people because of this . 

38. I am clingy . Once i'm close with you , it'll take an eternity for me to trust that we're through . So i tend to try and keep my ties with people close . I try . I still have some ego and pride ok . 

39. I am usually the one to say sorry first . My family agrees i'm too much of a pushover but i think putting myself down a little is better than losing someone important . 

40. I used to be a spoilt brat . I can't and won't tie my own shoelaces . I can't say i'm completely independent now but i am trying very hard to be . I still love being pampered though . 

41. While i love sweets and white chocolate , i cannot stand most dairy products like milk and cream . I never liked cakes except fruit cakes . And i still scrape off cream from that cake . I love fruit tarts though . Those with super little cream . 

42. I CANNOT GET OVER SOUR STUFF . It's like i'm pregnant or something because i can finish sour plums in a really shocking amount of time . No matter how sour . I love them . 

But i'm not pregnant . Let's be realistic . 

43. I've had 3 ex's , but i only really 'loved' one . (I did not toy with the other two ok . We just didn't understand the meaning of a relationship yet for one , and the other .. It just didn't matter to me at all)

44. I have absolutely no sense of direction . (Need i say more ?)

45. I love cooking and baking but i'm horrible at it . So sad right . ):

46. I am forgetful and i always miss out on stuff . :/ 

47. I am super duper hyper and i learn best hands-on . So i'm a kinesthetic learner which makes it hard for me to strive in our education system of classes and lectures . Experiments and active discussions are my way to go ! 

48. I tend to like to be in control so i love doing projects or what not by myself , or with a close bunch of friends with mutual understanding . I need a plan and i stick to it . Even if i'm not the leader , the plan needs to exist . (Kind of ocd . Or maybe just tooooo organised for some people's likings .)

49. I like brown paper . I love paper bags . Like too much . They are environmentally friendly and sooo gorgeous . Double-kill . Love them . 

50. I think hand-made or hand-written letters never go out of style and i love the thought of having a penpal or a mail . It's pretty amazing to have that nowadays . Even if it's passed to me by hand or what , it'll be something i'll keep , rest assured . 

So that's it . 

This is started on a whim by myself but i think i can try doing more in future just to tell you more about me ok ?
